Here’s everything you should know about EL BLENC.

Founded in 2022, our aim is to bring luxury modesty to everyone with our high quality fabric, at affordable prices.

JERSEY HIJABS

Our jersey scarves are made with high quality cotton mix which is suitable for all weather, they’re lightweight and have a 4x stretch which make them very easy to style. This material is perfect for people who are new to the hijab as they do not feel tight and do not require any accessories to complete simple looks like the below.

JERSEY SIZING

EL BLENC jersey hijabs come in two sizes. The standard size of 55cm x 170cm which is perfect for a single wrap style, and Large size of 80cm x 180cm which is perfect for a more modest style, including a double wrapped style.

This is a comparison of the two sizes.

The standard size is around 5ft6 and the large around 5ft10 for comparison.

Here’s a quick example of what the sizing and modesty difference is between the two scarves and how you can style each one:

UNDER CAPS

Our under caps come in 12 colours and are made of the exact same fabric as our jersey hijabs, with a seamless lining to give the most discreet coverage. We have tested these undercaps on all hair types and sizes to ensure they have a universal fit with extra stretch for more room.

CHIFFON HIJABS

Our chiffon hijabs are high quality scarves with the dimensions 70cm x 180cm. We decided to go for a crinkle style rather than the common plain chiffon as we believe this design adds more dimension and elegance to any look.
The chiffon fabric is extremely soft and is very easy to style, also providing a very lightweight feeling and can be easily styled without any additional accessories.

Our hijabs are designed to last long and will always be under the £20 mark, to ensure this stays true here are some tips for taking care of your hijabs.

Washing Instructions:

To maintain the quality we recommend hand washing and letting the fabric dry naturally, avoiding harsh chemicals and heat which may damage the material’s elasticity and softness.

If you stain your hijabs simply add a little washing up liquid to the area and gently rub it, then go in with a damp cloth and pickup excess soap.

Our jersey hijabs are safe to iron, we recommend doing so on a very low heat and only when necessary.

Avoid putting your hijabs in a hot wash, if you must use the washing machine always insure it’s on a delicate cycle and not mixed with harsh fabrics or chemicals.

We hope you found this information useful and would love to hear your feedback.

We know you will love your new hijabs, enjoy.
